Summary: | Competition in the banking world continues to progress with each and every
bank offers its products or programs with low interest which needed by the society.
The existence of government cannot be separated from the national banking sector.
Each government policies are often different. In the reign of Susilo Bambang
Yudhoyono, the government provides credit policy to community groups with mild
interest. It is stated in order to create a credit mechanism that is orderly, controlled,
effective, efficient, and integrated as well as promoting the role of national banks
with interest subsidy from the government to get the supply, distribution, and
accountability of funding for the creation of improved food security and national
energy.
The purpose of this study was to determine how strategic evolutionary
advantage (SEA) role in the success of the program's objectives KKP-E Ranch is
owned by BRI branches as well as evaluating the Strategic Structural Evolutionary
Advantage program CTF-E Ranch from the initial implementation in 2007 until 2010.
This research is qualitative by using 2 (two) approaches the analysis of five
competitive forces (Porter's 5 Forces Analysis) and analysis of Result Based
Management (RBM).
From the analysis it is concluded that the overall strategy has been
implemented by the BRI branch Ngawi has been effective in meeting the targets to be
achieved successfully even exceeding the expected target. Despite this innovation
strategy still needs to be done by BRI branches Ngawi banking world in the face of
competition, especially for programs with low interest loans. With this strategy
continues in the innovation and sensitive to the needs of farmers, the sustainability of
the program KKP-E Ranch will continue to exist and the demand by farmer groups.
