Summary:Lately market situation tends to change dynamic and relatively fast on information about demand and supply, this situation demand companies to be able to respond to the situation quickly and accurately. Use of business solutions based applications began to be used as an option and the main strategy to respond to this situation, one of these applications are Enterprise Resource Planning or ERP. ERP utilization growth has drastically increased from year to year based on research of information systems. This high growth was directly proportional to the risk in their implementation, there were so many companies fail to implement it and this failure has implications for the company's long-term investment because this project required a very high cost. Looking at this phenomenon, many researchers including DeLone & McLean and Lin try to create a model that can measure the factors that influence the success of the ERP implementation. Based on the information system success model of DeLone & McLean (1992 and 2003) and Lin�s model (2010), this research uses the model to measure the successful implementation of ERP in PT. Konimex, Solo. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship quality of ERP with the perceived usefulness of ERP and ERP�s user satisfaction and relationship top management support to the perceived usefulness of ERP in PT. Konimex this so that it can be used for the management, improvement or development of ERP to create a better one in the future. The method used to achieve these goals is by using the method of Structural Equation Modeling and this research uses the instrument in the form of a questionnaire to obtain response from the respondents, are employees of PT. Konimex that use ERP. The results of this research indicates that there is significant influence between information quality to the perceived of usefulness and user satisfaction. Results of this research indicates the system quality also has a significant influence to the perceived usefulness ERP but not significant to the user satisfaction, while service quality just has significant influence on user satisfaction. This indicates that ERP owned by PT. Konimex now that need to be repaired or upgraded so that it can meet the needs of ERP user. Factor top management support from the results of this study indicates no significant influence to the perceived of usefulness ERP. The research recommends that in an ERP implementation project in a company is required periodic managing activity and evaluation to the overall in terms of both technical and other supporting device as well as in terms of human resources. The result from this activity can be used to analyze the weakness and strengths of ERP that used in the company. The research also recommends need for improving top management support in ERP implementation project in the form of involvement of top management in every stage of that existing ERP implementation. Top management involvement in project implementation is required to indicates their commitment to this project and also their involvement is important to share values of using ERP, share objectives and benefits to be achieved from ERP implementation to all employees in the company.
