Summary: | The purpose of this study is to find the impact of distributive justice, self
efficacy, locus of control to turnover intention at non managerial position of PT.

Research was conducted through a questionnaire as a research
instrument. This questionnaire consists of distributive justice variable, self
efficacy variable, locus of control variable, and turnover intention variable.
Response to this research instrument were statistically analyzed with linear
regression
Regression result indicates there were negative relationship between
distributive justice, self efficacy, locus of control, with turnover intention. Either
in partial, or in whole. This result should help organization have background
description to develop employee retention program
