| Summary: | This research aim to analyse position of emulation and business strategies
strength factor, weakness, threat, and opportunity of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa
Tbk in facing industrial emulation cemented. This research applies descriptive analytical
method and applies analysis BCG fund data analysis qualitative refers to Porter's Five
Forces and key success factors ( KSFS). Result of data analysis in formulating in Matriks
SWOT.
The research shows that strength factors of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk
are good finance performance, good management, wide operation and network,
exploitation of human resource which baikdan yields product that is with quality. While
weakness factors of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa for example supporting facilities
for old have been factory and volume capacity is difficult to improved because of raw
material. Opportunity factors of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk that is height of
cement request, cement has not there are substitution product. Threat factors faced that is
the happening of distortion of global economics, increasing of other brand in marketing
and regulation of government.
Key Success factors for PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk that need to be
paid attention to can survive in the future, for example good image and reputation, SDM
skill, ability of innovation of product, wide operational effectivity and channel of
distribution.
