| Summary: | Initial Public Offering is one of the company's strategy to acquire additional
funds can be used to finance the company's operations.
The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Initial Public
Offering (IPO) on the financial performance of PT. Indika Energy Tbk. Are there
differences in financial performance before the IPO and after IPO.
Analysis of research data is taken as the raw financial data of PT. Indika
Energy, Tbk one year before the IPO and one year after the IPO.
On the research, using financial ratios such as: Cash Ratio, Current Ratio,
Debt Ratio, TIE Ratio, Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Fixed Assets Turnover Ratio,
Total Assets Turnover Ratio, Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, Net
Profit Margin, ROA, ROE, PER, can be explained that there are no differences
between the financial results before and after the IPO. Therefore there is no
significant improvement on the financial performance of PT. Indika energy, Tbk by
doing an initial public offering.
