Summary:Background: The development of the hospital is currently experiencing a major transformation. Effort required to follow all existing development and the achievement of the objectives of an organization (hospital) in the presence of a motivation. Motivation for employees able to work with either one of them to satisfy the desires of employees. The fulfillment of a performance boost employee wishes the employees to always optimal in the works according to their respective abilities. Objectives: This study aims to know how employee perceptions of change in the status of foundation hospital to company limited (PT) hospital on the performance of employees and organisation in the Dharma Medika Husada Bhakti Hospital , Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. Method: This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods (mixed method), with the type of descriptive research, with case study research design. Performed in Dharma Medika Husada Bhakti hospital, Tulungagung,Jawa Timur. Data in this study was done by collecting the documents, in-depth interview by 5 speakers, and fill the questionnaire by 117respondents. Data analysis conducted by qualititative and quantitative. Result: Based on the results of data analysis with quantitative models as well as interviews show that the assessment (perception) of employees to change in hospital from the foundation into a limited liability company at the Dharma Medika Husada Bhakti Hospital, Tulungagung,Jawa Timur showing the agreed valuation, or high that hospital policy is optional appropiate. Employees have a high need for change in hopes of changing the existing compensation system which is expected to improve service and performance more effective and efficient. Conclusion: Employee performance appraisal showing a very high rating or strongly agree, that means in terms of quality of work, professional standards, the quantity of work and creativity of employees after the change of status to be a very good hospital. employee performance, perception.
