This research is a normative supported by primary data from field research
approach. Primary data was interview to respondents in Jakarta like the representative
of fishery companies, National Standardization of Body and Laboratory Testing
Products Processing Research Center for Marine & Fisheries, and Biotechnology.
The results mean that the product is preserved marine fisheries cannot meet
national standards of Indonesia. This is because understanding and knowledge of
business people and people of Indonesia as consumers on the importance of nutrition
and product quality frozen marine fish, weak purchasing power of Indonesian society
and lack of market appetite for marine fishery products canned or frozen sea fish |
