Summary: | This study aims to determine the choice of financing multiservice at PT.
BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta residents and to determine the suitability
of the use and implementation of Shariah in the financing agreement multiservice
concept in PT. SRB BDW in accordance with the UUPS, of Bank Indonesia
Circular Letter. 10/14/DPbS dated March 17, 2008 and MUI Fatwa No. DSN. No
44/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 and Fatwa. 9/DSN-MUI/IV/2000.
Research using qualitative methods with empirical juridical approach.
Study sample is determined by purposive sampling. This type of research that are
classified as research-analytical deskiptif depiction of the suitability of the
implementation of Islamic principles of financing products in the BPRS Bangun
Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. This study uses data sources of primary data,
secondary and tertiary authors obtained from documentation and interviews with
the BPRS and research in various libraries in Yogyakarta. All data obtained are
then analyzed in a qualitative way, to then be concluded by using the method of
deductive thinking. Furthermore, the results will be compiled in a final report of
research that is descriptive-analytical.
The results showed that financing multiservice product has not been seeded
in the BPRS BDW. Ijarah is a contract multiservice selected in multiservice
financial products by reason of the new BDW allow DPS to contract multiservice
ijara financing, in addition to the operation of multiservice ijarah relatively easier
to implement, another consideration is the object of a multiservice ijara financing
needs of all communities and also the range of estimates of funding in BPRS
BDW only for multiservice ijarah. While the object is financing education,

of Islamic principles in every transaction in the BPRS funding multiservice BDW.
