Summary:Background : So much type and new drugs amount which produced by company of pharmacy and which always claim that new drug better than previous, and pharmacy energy professionalism level in pharmacy which still questioned make communications, and information of education (KIE) medicine by pharmacy in Kupang town is also questioned, is pharmacy in Kupang town have executed that thing it? Is society in Town Mussel comprehend got information of pharmacy better?, considering concept of pharmaceutical care with aim to improve the quality of society life. With KIE the goodness and clear can lessen effect that happened because wrong take medicine that good of drug resistance, wrong of target until most fatal as a result that is death. Research Goals: To know do practice giving of service of KIE medicine by pharmacy in Kupang Town have is really executed? Research Method: This Research use survey method with device of crosssectional, population of is pharmacy energy which in pharmacy in Kupang Town, and the bigness sample pursuant to tables of Isaac and Michael. Intake of sample done by simple random sampling. Data collecting done by using quationare and analysed with descriptive statistical analysis, data qualitative is also taken to support invention quantitatively. The results of the research : The role of pharmacies in the city of Kupang in providing Information Communication and Education of community medicine has been running above average for both managerial and implementation of information communication and drug education
