Objective: To determine the factors that affect intention of using minimum service standards costing model software and evaluation for further improvement.
Method: This study uses a descriptive analytic study, cross sectional design. Total respondents were 139 employees who were involved in policy or budgeting of SPM in District Health Office, Primary Health Care and District Hospital in all District in Yogyakarta Province. Data were collected by using questionnaires to asses perceived usefulness, ease of use, content, format, accuracy, timeliness, attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use. Analysis of the data using path diagram analysis.
Result: The study shows the respondents were having intention to use minimum service standards costing model software. Variables have the greatest positive influence to the intention to use followed by the satisfaction variable. While the variable usefulness and ease of use have positive influence on attitudes. Variable ease of use, content, accuracy and timeliness gave positive effect to the satisfaction variable.
Conclusion: There was intention to use minimum service standards costing model software due to usefulness. However, improvements are needed from many perspectives and a good preparation of human resources, software and hardware required. |
