1,03 m3 / s and the time span of each (0,10,15,20,30,40,50,60) minutes and the
pyrolysis temperature 450 ° C. Produces the best treatment to produce liquid
smoke to the addition of air every 20 minutes with a value of 11.19% phenol in
liquid smoke, the carbonyl of 11, 39% and 13.93% acid number.
Liquid smoke compared with formic acid to agglomerate latex, has been
proof that liquid smoke has the ability to agglomerate latex faster than formic
acid, as well as for clumping rubber. Further more, tensile strength and ammonia
levels for rubber proven to be consistent.
Mixing liquid smoke with formic acid habe the same ability in
agglomerate the latex. With in the right composition, 1,2 ml of liquid smoke
mixed with 0,8 ml formic acid, produce the best quality rubber with a 350,37 % of
a test value tensile and gave a real result from the 1st day until the 20th day that the
level of ammonia decreased from 3,21 ppm to 1,97 ppm. |
