description Radio tracking is widely used in communication technology because of its ability to detect the position coordinate of radio in a similar principle to radar system. This research describes development of instrumentation for detecting radio transmitter azimuth angle based on doppler circullar array antenna. The differences of signal power, was used to calculate azimuth angle from the radio transmitter using cross correlation algorithm. Bandpass filter was used to minimize noises. Based on several tests it is found that azimuth angle detection device is quite accurate if used on a stationary wave source with the average error of 4.59% or 8.270. The speed of signal processing is 1.07 data/second with the wave shift resolution of 1.550.
