| Summary: | The State Minister for Machinery of the State requiring government
agencies to the city district level using legal software and open source. Linux as
an open source program is free under GNU license is recommended for use as a
replacement for Microsoft Windows.
Some Linux distribution, also called Linux distributions are offered to be
applied in Sragen district, but incompatibility of the application package to
support the activities of government agencies that are available in the distribution
package is one of the weaknesses ofthe Linux distro itself.
Remastering aims to create a new distro that has application packages
required by the common user and IT expert user in it, so after the distro is
installed on the computer can be run directly without having to install additional
applications of the existing repository.In addition to the expected outcome of this
remaster can be used to support the activities of government authorities in local
government, especially local government of Sragen district.
