system is a solution to support the employee selection process. The method used is to
use the AHP method (Analitic Hierarchy Process). Criteria and alternatives are
assessed in this system can be tailored to the needs of the job positions offered.
Settlement process is a method of determining the priority order of criteria and
alternatives, determine lamda, lamda max, consistency index,
consistency ratio, and calculate the scores of job applicants.
In this thesis, researchers are trying to analyze the subjects and the results are
intended to provide advice to Alfamart is developing web-based recruitment systems
for employee selection process so that more effective and efficient.
