| Sammanfattning: | The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the implimentation
of Capacity to Grow Strategy that has been applied by BTPN Mitra Usaha Rakyat
in developing its business.
The method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The
data used are the primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by direct
interviews with sources while secondary data obtained from the relevant
department. Analysis tool used is the Key Performance Indicators, SWOT
Analysis and Key Success Factor.
The conclusion of this study is implementation of this strategy at BTPN
has been successful and fulfilling predefined KPI by management. Several
stregths and opportunities factor are fully exploited by company to achieve the
goal. In addition, the key success factor of this strategy is consistency and
measurable process monitoring undertaken by all elements within the company |
