Summary:This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Bank Mandiri's Corporate Strategy. The analysis in this thesis describes and evaluates only one of three (3) of Bank Mandiri corporate strategy. 3 The Bank Mandiri corporate strategy are: Bank Transaction Strategy Wholesale, Retail Payments and Retail Finance. The discussion in this thesis, only a special focus on Strategy Wholesale Transaction Bank, the general performance analysis of Bank Mandiri, specialty products transactions in Bank Mandiri, fee income base of transactional products, benchmark product with otker bank, SWOT analysis, identification of key success factors , industry competition and the internal analysis of the performance of Bank Mandiri Wholesale Transaction Strategy Bank is still an effective strategy as one way of increasing revenue of Bank Mandiri, because of several factors and variables generate less revenue for credit products, especially large corporate and commercial segments. Analysis of the factors that most influence the Wholesale Strategy Transactional Bank in the banking sector, among others, with the entry of several foreign banks, where banks are promoting the technology in its products to the market. From the analysis of the performance of Bank Mandiri is known that some aspects of Bank Mandiri finances began to show deterioration, ie a decrease in Net Interest Margin. This is because some big companies (large corporate) did not use the loan facility, they prefer to get loans from the capital market which is quite good and growing in Indonesia, compare with the interest rate offered is more competitive than loan facility. With the strength and the opportunities are xiv quite large, transactional bank's wholesale strategy can be an excellent strategy for increasing revenue of Bank Mandiri.
