description | This research aims to find out the impacts of retail marketing mix that
consists of product, price, location, shop design, service and promotion to the
satisfaction at Angsoka Mini Mart costumers � Bali and also to find out which
variables that give dominant impact on costumers satisfaction. Survey methods has
been used in this research by distributing questioners to 140 respondents. Sampling
method which is used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria minimum
education is Junior High School. The other criteria is One had already shopped at
Angsoka Mini Mart at least three times.
The result of this research shows that price, product, shop design, location,
service have positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction, while
promotion has no impact over the satisfaction and the most dominant factor that
determines the satisfaction of customers is price. |
