Summary:The global marketplace is characterized by increasing levels of competition, companies need to reorient themselves to systematically identify and exploit ways to create value with its suppliers. The role of supply chain management in the business environment and the growing awareness of the importance of sustainable development strategies needed to enhance innovation and competitive advantage in many lines. Supply chain management has represented an opportunity to strengthen the company's position in the market through efficiency and resource optimization. E-Procurement is an application used to manage the procurement of goods and or services Internet-based designed to achieve a process of procurement of goods or services that are effective, efficient and integrated. Through e-procurement, company is expected to improve transparency and accountability, improve market access and fair competition, improve the efficiency of the procurement process, support the process of monitoring and auditing. The research was conducted at PT.Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) Jabotabek Jabar Area, which is traditionally procurement processes system and are not integrated. Analysis of system procurement process conducted by using Analysis of FAST (Framework for the Application if Systems Thinking), so that the identification process and system development can be carried out systematically. The results showed that the implementation of procurement operations at the company already has a good procedure to make changes gradually into an integrated process. Readiness elements� supporting the implementation of e- Procurement is owned by the company and with the basic laws governing the system of good governance in the procurement process, will be able to build good corporate Governance (GCG) consistently. As well as the appropriate model to analyze the writing of this by using dedicated environments which the company manages e-procurement in-house system.
