Summary: | Once thing that very principle and important to influence about city/district growth almost generally is "growing points" or city/district magnet. "Growing points" existence could be accelerate city/district growth, whether it could be "planned" or "unplanned". Sometimes it was not just unplanned but it could be growing not all the same, so it would give activity and space load not all the same for all of region.
This research provides an explanation of Jember University District growth influence as a "growing points" or district magnet and the influence to street space privatization phenomenon. Research method used in this explanation is qualitative rasionalistic, and after that this research using step by step analysis into macro, mezzo and mikro phase. Research output on macro scale mention, that "two variety of district growth that closest and interaction each other, it would make push and pull acitivity and can make strategic intersection that will be fast growth area."
With the result that, the guidelines recommendation purposes to make distribution of activity more equally, to reduce from overload growing pressure and to neutralize overload pressure in the street space.
