| description | This research done to analyze the effect of head of village�s leadership to villagers participation in the Village development in Bukit Pamewa village, North Sipora District Mentawai Islands Regency. Samples used in this research is all of the head of the families, 127 head of the families in Bukit Pamewa Village by using total sampling technique. This technique used both deskriptive analysis and quantitaive analysis. The results of descriptive analysis is supported by quantitative analysis that states that the head of village leadership had a positive and significant effect on villagers participation in the Village development, the result of statistical test showed that there is positive and significant relationship in which the value of t counting is bigger than the value of t table, and the significant level at α 5 percent is the ability variable affecting the significant affected villagers at α 1 percent, the way variables affecting the significant affected villagers at α 5 percent, the ability variables change influenced villagers�s behavior had significant effect at α 1 percent, the purpose of affecting the affected villagers at α 4 percent and the the achievement of fact variables fact had significant effect at α 2 percent. The quantitative analysis used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression and the assumption of classical test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the level of villagers participation in the Village development is quite good which means the villagres involved in village development programs. The leadership of Bapak Mauddin Nababan as the head of village is better than the previous heads of village. The results of quantitative analysis has also met the criteria of validity test, reliability test, and passed of multikolinieritas test and heterokedastisias test on classical assuming test. |
