Guarantee in the term of default debtors at PT.BPR Duta Pakuan Mandiri Bogor
and in term guarantee object has been handed-over by the debtor to the other
party.
This research is juridical empirical research that is research which aimed
to deep in implementation of positive law in the banking practice.
This research is based on literature study including materials of law to
obtain secondary data and field research (empirical) to get primary data. The
result of this research expected can to give descriptive analytical reflection.
Descriptive because from the result of this research can to describe/ drawing
comprehensively and systematic concerning law principle, basic principle of law
and doctrine and legislation rule which related with implementation of execution
process of Fiduciary Guarantee at PT.BPR Duta Pakuan Mandiri Bogor.
Analytical because through this research expected can to get an image
systematically, factual and accurate regarding certainty facts about
implementation of execution process of Fiduciary Guarantee at PT.BPR Duta
Pakuan Mandiri Bogor.
Implementation of execution process of Fiduciary Guarantee in the term of
default debtor at PT.BPR Duta Pakuan Mandiri Bogor and in the term of
guarantee object has been handed-over by the debtor to the other party there was
has been appropriate with Laws No.42 Year 1999 about Fiduciary Guarantee, that
is selling underhand object of Fiduciary Guarantee based on the debtor� agreement
(fiduciary donor) and bank (fiduciary receiver) |
