Academic self-efficacy has been proven to predict and mediate the achievement of academic achievement. The study aims to validate a module of �Tangga Keberhasilan� training empirically. The training aims to enhance student�s self-confidence about his ability so that they can show an optimal academic performance. Ones who has high academic self-efficacy assess the tasks faced in the capacity range of their ability so that he can display a series of actions and strategies necessary for the completion of the task. The research used the untreated control group design with dependent pretest and postest samples experimental design. The hypothesis proposed in the research is the module of �Tangga Keberhasilan� training could increase academic self-efficacy for tenth grade of high school. Data collection method is by usage of an academic self-efficacy scale. Participants were tenth grade of high school students and has academic self-efficacy in low and moderate category. Participants were randomly divided into experimental group and control group respectively in the same amount. The research data were analyzed using non-parametric statistical analysis Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test to analyze gain scores, significance level of 5%. The analysis of data showed Z = -1.899 with a significance of p = 0.029 (p <0.05). The results suggest that �Tangga Keberhasilan� training was proven empirically to enhance acedemic self-efficacy for tenth grade of high school students.
