| Summary: | Research aims to conduct a descriptive analysis on the implementation of
pilot projects in Baucau decentralization.Analyses were conducted to determine
the factors and the effects that arise in the implementation of decentralization pilot
project, implemented by the context, input, process, and the results shown in
implementation program.
Research using qualitative analysis methods on a pilot project of
decentralization, and quantitative analysis on the data of figures used in the
budget. Thorough research done by the framework Context, Input, Process, and
Product as a thorough analysis and relevant.
