| description | Potensial of agricultural wastes has not been used optimally, while the
demand of urea fertilizer every year has increased, so as to improve the welfare of
farmers and ranchers, and reduce farmers' dependence on chemical fertilizers is
necessary to optimize of institutional community development.
The objectives of research are creating optimization effort of the institutional
community development, integrating internal and external factors, improving
knowledge and skills of farmers to use agricultural waste (rice straw), and designing
institutional innovation model of community development in the management of
agricultural waste.
The methods used are descriptive analysis method qualitative and
quantitative descriptive analysis method. Method analysis qualitative descriptive
through the results of socialization, interview, analyze, photographing and
constructing the situation who researched. The method of qualitative analysis using
a random sample of the research data were analyzed statistically. Based on this
research, it is known that the optimization of the institutional development of the
community is influenced by internal and external factors farmers and ranchers, and
agricultural waste management by 52.4%, while the remaining 47.6% influenced by
other factors. |
