importance of Information and Communication Technology. As time goes by, it need an
audit of the planning that has been determined and its implementation that carried out by
the relevant stakeholder.
During this time, IT governance has not become an urgent need for local
governments in Indonesia despite the need and utilization of IT is increasing. One of the
proven best practices for IT governance control mechanism is COBIT. It has an IT
control framework that has the most comprehensive coverage of the discussion. The
rresearcher tries to analyze the governance of ICT in local government in Sragen Regency
based of the COBIT framework and adjusted with the existing conditions.
It is expected that the strategic planning and ICT governance can be optimalize, so
the plans that have been made is able to answer some problems in developing and
realizing e-government in both internal and external environments. |
