This study is normative juridical because it uses secondary data that is
obtained by doing library research. The materials of this study are collected from
library research as a basic and main assessment tool in this study. Data collection
technique used in this study is a research technique that uses materials which are
documented by means of studies by studying, examining and reviewing the
materials in the form of secondary data, either in the form of books as well as
legislation relating to research materials. Data analysis is focused on a deductive
method as the main grip, and the inductive method as a good supporting work,
that is expected to give a clear explanation about The Urgency of Indonesian
Constitutional Court Judges Supervision As The Embodiment of Checks And
Balances.
The result of the study shows that the constitutional court judges
supervision as the embodiment of checks and balances is needed. The adequate
Internal and external monitoring systems to the Constitutional Court judges is a
necessity and inevitability given the important role of the Constitutional Court
Judges in order to uphold democracy and the constitution. |
