| Summary: | The background of this research was by considering the important working
capital decision for any business organization so to keep sustainable business
through increasing profitability and decreasing production cost by maintain stock
inventory in order that it is enough for market demand. The objectives of this
research was found the effect of cash conversion cycle and liquidity on
profitability.
To identified the influence of cash conversion cycle and what factors
influencing it, the author used multiple linear regression analysis using backward
method and classical assumption test methods. The data used in this research were
secondary data gathered from PT Prysmian Cables Indonesia. The results showed
that the cash conversion cycle has a significant influence on the profitability of the
ROE and ROI, and cash conversion cycle conditions in the manufacture industry
in particular PT. Prysmian Cables Indonesia has a fairly low turnover rate. |
