Summary: | This research aims to determine the knowledge, skill, and attitude of
employees in implementing the operational risk identification process by taking a
sample of employees involved in the implementation process of identifying risks
in the Operational Division PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. The hypothesis is
knowledge, skills, and attitudes have a positive impact on the implementation of
operational risk identification processes.
The sample selection is done through purposive sampling, ie. employees
who are involved in the implementation of operational risk identification process
at the managerial level start from manager (MGR) to Vice President (VP) on
Operational Division. Samples used amounted to 52 people.
Analysis to test the hypothesis conducted by using multiple linear
regression method. The results showed that the skills and attitudes had no
significant effect on the implementation of operational risk identification process,
whereas knowledge has significant positive impact on the implementation of
operational risk identification processes. Knowledge, skills and attitudes jointly
have positive and significant impact on the implementation of operational risk
identification processes.
