Summary:This research aims to analyze the strategy of PT Pertamina in applying or implementing the international business unit to increase firm value and as an alternative to the strategy and long-term business plan of PT Pertamina) in the face of competitive rivalry in the oil and gas industry. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using SWOT analysis and identification of Key Success Factor (KSF). The data used is the internal data (in the form of financial statements, brochures, lieflet, historical data and long-term plan PT Pertamina) and external data (primary data and secondary data).
