This study used primary and secondary data, in which primary data in the
study is generated from observation and interviews with the management of PT
�Pembeli�, Tbk and �Target� about the process of the acquisition, the reason to do the
acquisition, obstacle in acquisition. Data were analyzed with time range analysis.The
results of this study show that the are several obstacle incurred at the beggining of the
acquisition, but at a later stage they have overcome the obstac |
