Summary:The purpose of this study is to identify the strategies used in the company�s implementation, to analyze how the strategy has been successfully implemented in facing public relations industry competition, to analyze the strength factors, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities in facing public relations industry. The results of the SWOT analysis in this study are expected to give information for R&R Communications to adjust the resources and capabilities over competitive industry environment. The data used on this study derived from observation and interview with R&R Communications management which consist of industry environment, and company�s internal and external environment. The data has been analyzed by using several strategic management analysis which are Porter model strategic analysis, SWOT analysis and company�s performance analysis. The results of this study showed that the competitive strategy implemented by R&R Communications to face the competition has show effective result. R&R Communications can use its internal strengths to take advantage from external opportunities, overcome the internal weaknesses and anticipate the external threats. To anticipate the upcoming changes, there are several things that R&R Communications needs to be done that is the implementation of a focused strategy based on lower cost, which the company try the best to give the best price for clients along with the best service. In this case, the company is not only emphasizing on the lower cost but also the client�s trust.
