Summary: | This thesis is a study of the first pillar of Wealth Management, the Protection and
Preservation of Assets, on the individual client (Mr. AAA). Research conducted by the
author starts from the assessment of client risk tolerance, wealth balance sheets creation,
cash flow creation and asset allocation for what this client has. Based on a moderate risk
tolerance and wealth position of the client, the author makes a scenario to optimize the
protection of clients assets. Optimization is obtained by changing the asset allocation
(diversification) which could increase the net assets of the client up to 8.61% per year, and
increase net cash flow amounting to Rp. 605,141,593.10 per year or Rp. 50,428,466.09 per
month. After that the author recommends to reinvest the net cash flow by 45% to
accommodate the client's desire to have a certain amount of income per month on
retirement. With a very lucrative recommendation, the client is planning to implement it
from the period March 2012 with KPI as a means of monitoring.
