The data analyze method using Wilcoxon�s Signed RankTest by testing
company profitability ratio and operation expenses before and after the acquisition
after conduct the test company will capture the impact of the acquisition. This
reaserch data source was secondary data of company annual report from Bursa
Efek Indonesia (BEI) and PT. Central Proteinaprima, Tbk.
The research conclusion is the acquisition impact a negative result or
decreasing result to company profitability ratio and not significantly impact to
company operation expenses, the 2008 and mid 2010 until present economy
crissist condition in United State and Europe, revitalisation delayed of the
company acquired ponds, virus attact of the company product also the rain season
in November 2009 until April 2010 was the cause of this condition. The company
must urgently revitalized all the ponds and must give the best antivirus to the fry
and there will be no more virus attact on the future. |
