| description | This research is a study on High Net Worth Individual where HNWIs then as the
research object (Client). The main issues in this research are strategy to raise wealth,
allocating assets based on client�s profile, education and pension preparation. Client is
Mr. Hardi who has a wife and two daughters. In current condition client invest in less
profitable assets, and most of his assets are fixed assets which means it takes time to
transfer it into cash with this reason client needs to rebalancing of assets in order to find
assets that have a high return with a risk that can be accept by client�s risk profile.
Client needs to make an education preparation for his two daughters, he also needs a
pension preparation because he will keep his current lifestyle. Evaluation and analysis is
based on family financial data and client risk tolerance. From these data it will be
proposed two scenarios, then describe it into balance sheet and cash flow. |
