| Summary: | Ecotourism in recent years has been going rapidly growth within the
tourism industry. Pramuka Island in the Thousand Island has an attraction with
the coastal and underwater objects that can be use as an objects of ecotourism.
With the wonderful coastal and coral reef, mangrove farming, cultivation of turtle
and also near location to Jakarta will be potential to develop ecotourism. This
paper aims to analyze internal factors by using functional analusis of the Sub
Department Tourism and Culture as a management of the Thousand Island
Ecotourism in Pramuka Island to determine role of government to develop
ecotourism in Pramuka Island, and also using Marketing Mix Analisys to
determine the marketing has been done in Pramuka Island so that it can be seen
that there are weakenesses and streghts. While external factors analisys using
PEST Analysis and Five Forces Analysis to identify opportunities and threats that
faced by Pramuka Island. With analysis internal and external factors, can be
conclude by SWOT Analysis to formulate strategy to develop ecotourism in
Pramuka Island. |
