| description | This study was based on the development of Jamsostek�s internet website
which is a new channel as alternative in the process of distributing information
about Jamsostek. This channel was built after the Sistem Pelayanan Terpadu
Online implemented in all branches.
The purpose of this research is to understand the user's assessment of the
Jamsostek�s website interface and its factors that can make recommendations for
improvements in the development/construction of internet websites in the future.
The methodology used in sampling is simple random sampling conducted
on 140 respondents. Sample data obtained by using a questionnaire distributed by
email to the Jamsostek�s website users who have registered as a member.
Observed variables were 24 variables derived from the attributes of the 7C
Framework for Website Design (Context, Content, Commerce, Community,
Connection, Customization, and Communication).
The analysis was performed by using factor analysis approach. From the
24 observed variables produced six factors: first is Information Presentation, the
second factor is Forum Community, the third factor is Communication Care, the
fourth is Custom Flexible, the fifth factor is Multimedia Connection, and the sixth
factors is Exchange Transaction.
Based on the results of factor analysis, a recommendation can be
made for website interface improvements in the Jamsostek website
development/construction in the future. |
