Summary:In this research, 2 samples of rocks from the copper mine on the island of Wetar and 1 sample from the gold mines on the Romang island MBD Distric was identified. The identification of the results shows the both samples of rocks from the copper mine on the Wetar island is paragenesis pyrite-chalcopyrite-chalcocite. Both of these can be distinguished according the content of minerals in the samples of rocks, so called types a and b minerals. The content of mineral sort a higher compared with mineral sort b (85 % : 80 %). The identification of the results show 1 samples of rocks gold mine on the Romang island is dacite or types c minerals. The research was comparation destruction method for the determination of Au, Cu and Fe trough Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) have been done. Analysis for the content of Au, Cu, and Fe of each sample was analyzed using AAS. It was destructed by reflux, shaker, and then by Microwave digestion I (MDI) and Microwave digestion II (MDII). Types a, b and c minerals sample destructed using 4 methods, i.e refluxed using aqua regia, shaken using HF, MDI using aqua regia and MDII using HF. The result analysis Au, Cu and Fe levels at types a, b and c minerals shown in sequence as follows: (1) MDI methods > reflux, MDI > shaker and MDI > MDII
