| Summary: | The research with title of the, have a purpose to know how the practice of
division of heir wealth on Moeslem society in Banjar District.
This research is an empirical jurisdiction research, it stressed on the field
research to get primer data. Besude that the secondary data was gotten by means of
library research. Sample took by rondom sampling technique, which give chance as
usual to individual in population to be chosen became sample which based on
particular purpose (purposive sampling) with research subject which taken from 40
respondent. All the data obtained are analyzed qualitative.
Based on the research results, the research concludes (1) to do inheritance
sharing to moeslem people of banjarness basicly principlely is using law inheritance
of moeslem adjust a little, this matter do to prevent disputing among to client concern
about inheritance. (2) point of view practicing Islamic law distribute inheritance to
moeslem people in Banjar, has shined balance justice principle.
