the machine is meaned so that more effective and efficient. To know whether sealler
automatic packing machines can be produced in industrial scale.
Design of control systems packing machine is based on microcontroller
AT89S52. As input there are two ultrasonic and three push buttoms, while as output
there are three indicator lamp, conveyor motors, pressure motor, heating elements
and four-digit seven segment. All these components are supported by switching
power 12 volt and some of them are regulates into 5 volts.
This research produce the design of plastic packing machines for home
industries. The machine which is produced in this research can be ranged by home
industry, because it can be produced at cost IDR 858.724, 00 and the power which is
needed is only 120 watt. So it can be used in a household with 450 watts without
problem. By this result it is evidenced that tools which is used in home industry are
more effective. It can be seen by twice experiment that use automatic sealer packing
0,73 second and 1,27 second is faster than use manual sealer, and when it is
compared by candle light 3,5 second and 3,87 second is faster to use this machine.
Base on economic analysis result, this machine can be mass produced with B/C
ratio=1,40, pay back periode=0,26 year, BEP=2143 units/year and ROI=40%. |
