Pelayanan Jaringan Cimahi is necessary to find and develop more appropriate
models of care with the real needs of the maintenance of feeders. This research
aims to define the forms of RCM-based feeder maintenance activities that can be
recommended in reducing the high incidence of failures and improve the feeder
reliability system.
The research methodology adopted is the analysis of failure modes, failure
effects, the level of criticality, severity of failure effects and the determination of
the form of RCM-based maintenance activities that need to be applied to these
feeders. The analysis methodology used is the statistical, Failure Modes, Effects
and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and RCM.
The main results obtained by the research are RCM-based maintenance of
these feeders that includes periodic inspection of the physical and network
environments, Regular Cleaning / trimming of the feeders from the kite frame/
string and trees, Testing and reset the operation parameters of CB and recloser s
on a periodic basis, Feeder components replacement before the age limit of its
useful life, etc, with each execution interval time. |
