| Summary: | Vesicular eruptions on the palms and soles, often described as pompholyx, may be a manifestation of eczema, dermatophyte infection, scabies, bullous lichen planus, erythema multiforme and vasculitis. We have previously reported the development of haemorrhagic pompholyx in pemphigoid.
