| Achoimre: | This data set consists of 14 image files in png format, and an XML file. These files were created as part of a Digital Editions course, run by the Taylor Institution Library, during Hilary Term 2019. The course required participants to create a digitised version of a printed text. This text is 8 pages from Corpus Christi College Library phi.A.1.8(5), Mauden, David van, Declaration & signification de la comete veuë en l'an mille, cinq cens, septante & sept (Antwerp, 1578). The images of the originial text were created using an iPhone 6 and then converted to png format using paint.net. The XML file included here contains an encoded transcription of the original text, created and edited using Oxygen XML editor, according to Text Encoding Inititative (TEI) guidelines.
