THE LOW-TEMPERATURE QUADRUPOLE ORIENTATION OF RU-103 IN RUTHENIUM
The quadrupole frequency vQ=e2qQ/h of103Ru (Z=44, N=59) in a ruthenium single crystal has been measured using the technique of low temperature quadrupole orientation to be vQ(103Ru Ru)=-14.7(5) MHz.
