Integration of different cancer models into virtual research environments and computational frameworks require the models themselves to be interoperable across the research community. In this paper we describe a vision to create a common computational framework in which these models can be formulated and stored in online repositories, such as the Center for the Development of a Virtual Tumor’s (CViT) Digital Model Repository (DMR). |
