Résumé:The morphology and surface structure exhibited in colloidal titanium and cerium oxide particles has been examined by High Resolution Electron Microscopy. Samples of concentrated sols of cerium and titanium oxide were prepared for electron microscopy by extensive dilution with doubly distilled water followed by ultrasonic dispersion and deposition onto holey carbon films.
