Two-photon spectroscopy in GaN
Two-photon spectroscopy allows to observe unambigously the free A, B, and C excitons with n = 2 in bulk GaN. Their energies allow the precise determination of the three band gaps and of the exciton binding energies. © 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
