Description
Summary:NB: This is Version 1 of the data; Version 2 is available at https://ora.ox.ac.uk/objects/uuid:8976169a-e08d-4d2a-a64e-6d48e6ba827d. The processed data for figures 2 to 7 were stored using Matlab as MAT files in November 2017. The raw clinical data cannot be made freely available due to them being of an ethically sensitive nature - please contact James Kennedy (james.kennedy@rdm.ox.ac.uk) for enquiries regarding them. The data can be loaded using the command load('fig_2') (using the data for Figure 2 as an example). Refer to the paper in order to identify what the error bars represent in each figure. The structure of the data are described below for each figure, where square brackets indicate the dimension of matrix being accessed i.e. [rows][columns][3rd dimension]. 'fig_2a.mat': contains two matrices, fig_2a_means and fig_2a_errorbars. The dimensions of each matrix correspond to [subjects 1-6, group mean][3 pools, 4 pools] 'fig_2b.mat': structure of matrices is [grey matter, white matter][3 pools, 4 pools] 'fig_2c.mat': structure of matrices is [whole slice, grey matter, white matter][ischaemic core, infarct growth, oligaemia][3 pools, 4 pools] 'fig_4.mat': structure of vector is [techniques 1-6] 'fig_5a.mat': structure of matrix is [techniques][patient contralateral, healthy tissue] 'fig_6.mat': structure of vector is [techniques 1-6] 'fig_7.mat': vectors are named in the format Mz<w/apt/noe/ss><3/4>, so, for example, the water magnetisation vector (Mz) for the semisolid pool using 4 pool analysis is Mzss4. Vector dimensions are 72 healthy subject model-fitted spectra x 181 offset frequencies (listed in ppm_axis vector). Dataset of comparative data (6 quantification techniques) used in quantitative CEST imaging of amide proton transfer in acute stroke.
