Итог: | The controlled formation of a class of graphene-related ionic inorganic nanotubes (IINTs) within single-walled carbon nanotubes (C-SWNTs) are described using relatively simple atomistic models. Dynamic and static simulations allow direct observation of tube filling from the bulk ionic liquid and the underlying "phase diagram" (as a function of C-SWNT pore diameter) to be uncovered. The IINT morphology is shown to be controlled by the carbon nanotube pore diameter. The effect of pressure on the internal crystallite structure is discussed. |
