This folder contains simulation and experimental data in forms of .tiff files, excel files, and raw exported Zemax figures. The data is grouped by figure number in the paper.
Inkscape software was used to create the schematic and physical layout image in Fig. 1.
Matlab software was used to process the raw data from excel files to form figures in Fig. 2. (a)(b). PSF images were cropped from raw exported Zemax figures. Inkscape software was later used to arrange the figure layout.
ImageJ + Inkscape software was used to process images acquired during experiments for Fig. 3. - Fig. 5, including maximum intensity projection images. |
