Description
Summary:The past two decades have seen dramatic changes in clinical trial conduct and methodology. From trial regulation to data analysis, the rapid rise of randomised control trials (RCTs) has introduced many new techniques. We present a case study to highlight the changes experienced in designing, setting up, and conducting a large-scale multicentre phase III trial over 14 years.
